Absolute 5 stars experience with Jimmy!! My first time selling a house, so it was a new experience for me. Jimmy made it easy to understand the various timelines (as I was also buying a house) and costs involved. The process and ancillary aspects were clear from the start. When it came to the actual selling, Jimmy helped with the complex negotiation smoothly, and communicated clearly to our buyers what was important for us (which was the extension). In the end, we got what we needed and more! Very impressed and happy with the outcome!! Halfway through the process, there were also curveballs as we had a difficult seller on the other side of the transaction (buying a separate house). Jimmy helped to communicate everything with our buyer clearly and we managed to make some commercial adjustments that were very helpful in managing the whole process. Overall, it was a superb experience, one that would have been tougher to go through without an agent like Jimmy!!
